- Frequently Asked Questions -

WHAT IS CBD?

Cannabidiol (CBD) is the second major cannabinoid that is found in hemp and marijuana. However, contrary to the other major cannabinoid THC, CBD is non-psychoactive.

WHAT IS CBD OIL?

CBD oil is a sublingual tincture of CBD. This is made by mixing a CBD extract from a cannabis plant into a soluble base such as alcohol or hemp seed oil. Typically, the CBD oil should be held under the tongue, absorbed directly into the bloodstream. This method provides a faster effect, while absorbtion via the stomach (such as taking a CBD capsule or edible product) is also effective but at a different rate.

WILL YOU GET HIGH?

No. CBD is considered a non-psychoactive cannabinoid so it won't get someone high the way that marijuana (THC) can.

IS OVERDOSING POSSIBLE?

Use of CBD has been shown to be safe in high doses. CBD has not been shown to cause a fatal overdose. It is possible, however, to take too much CBD, resulting in a chance of negative side effects like lethargy or drowsiness.

Will I Fail a Drug Test?

While our products are non-psychoactive, they are sourced from industrial hemp plants which, by definition, contain a THC level not exceeding 0.3% by dry weight. We can't guarantee you'll pass a drug test, and we encourage you to use your best judgement.
